Following the successful collaboration between Ali and Erica for a fire festival last year, we are delighted to be back for the fire festival of Beltaine 2026.
Who is this sound bath session for? Anyone can experience a sound bath. However, as with all treatments there are considerations that your practitioner needs to know. Gongs are the power tools of the sound healing experience!
Please speak to Erica in advance if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, epilepsy, metal implants from recent surgery, tinnitus or hearing issues. Generally we are laying on the floor but if you need a chair please ask . This venue has disabled access.
What to bring:
Yoga mat or something to lay on, preferably padded as you will be lying on the floor for an hour.
Blanket/s
Pillow
Eye pillow/ scarf (optional)
Bolster or cushions for behind the knees (optional – good for low back issues)
Water to drink
Best to wear loose, comfy layers

Refunds are available up to 10 days before the event only if a replacement can be found. No refunds will be given within 10 days although the ticket is transferable if you want someone to attend in your place.
If we have to cancel due to ill health or exceptional circumstances we will transfer your date or provide a full refund, as you prefer (at no cost to you).
