An immersive and empowering afternoon of astrology and sound in the beautiful Cornish setting of St. Erth village.
The afternoon will begin with an astrological exploration and integration of the new frequencies being offered to us in the Spring of 2026 conducted by the highly experienced retreat facilitator, sacred feminine soul coach and astrologer, Cassandra Eve.
As Cassandra explains: These new frequencies of individuality have been gestating for several years. As outer planets move fully from earth & water element signs into air & fire element signs, the intense heavy feeling that has prevailed is lightened and enlightened in inspiration & possibility. Those of us who are consciously awakening begin not only to see the light but to be & live it more actively; our individually unique flavour of co-creativity, purpose & contribution finding its place of service within collective evolution. A new embodied recognition and understanding begins to prevail – that Presence is the true healer. Presence as our conscious connectedness to our soul’s gifts, divinely inspired, practically oriented & acted on. This, along with a growing grass-roots movement, strengthens our faith in ‘people-power’ as the true catalyst for conscious change.
The second part of this awakening experience will be an opportunity to integrate your journey through the power of sacred and transformative sound. Erica will wrap you in the voices of the mighty healing gong, Chiron, who gently allows us to acknowledge and embrace our vulnerabilities, while being held in the nurturing embrace of Earth Sound Creation gong. These power tools of the sound world will be joined by awakening bell, crystal bowls, flute, handpan, drum and nature’s instruments. Please be aware that there are some contraindications in connection to the power of gongs. Please talk to Erica if you have a pacemaker, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or have severe PTSD.
